PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AS IT DETERMINES YOUR RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO YOUR PURCHASES, INCLUDING ESSENTIAL RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS.
Refund Conditions. The customer will not be refunded in case:
- customer claims that their purchase was made in error or submitted fraudulent information;
- for simply changing your mind;
- customer refuses to re-install or re-link Mobilespy Software in the event of the performed upgrade of the operating system on the target device;
- customer’s device is not in compliance with the Mobilespy compatibility requirements;
- customer’s device has lost connection with Mobilespy subscription due to the absence of Internet access, factory reset or update to the latest operating system version;
- customer purchases this software and does not have unrestricted physical access to the phone to be monitored, refunds will not be issued due to this situation;
- customer refuses to jailbrake/root its device in order to use the advanced features of Mobilespy and be in conformity with the compatibility requirements:
- a device to be monitored is running an operating system version that is not supported as outlined by the compatibility requirements;
- a customer chooses (at their own discretion) to upgrade the device they wish to monitor and the new desired phone to be monitored is running an operating system version that is not supported as outlined by the compatibility requirements;
- a customer’s underage child/employee upgrades the operating system version on their device (irrespective to the owner’s wishes) to an operating system version that is not supported as outlined by the compatibility requirements;
- 14 days have elapsed since the purchase date.
A refund of the purchase price will be issued if the Software is proven defective.
We reserve the right to refund an order and discontinue support and use of the Service if you are threatening us or we determine you are using the Service for disallowed purposes.
You may be eligible to receive a full refund within 14 days following the day of your purchase as long as refund reasons do not contradict the Refund Policy conditions outlined below.
We are convinced that most of claims for refund may be avoided if you accept professional help from our customer support center: email@example.com. We do not accept refund requests made via Live Chat or by telephone.
The refund decision shall be made up to three business days.
In case of the refund issuance please note that per each transaction 9% will be deducted from the refunded amount as fees charged by banks and payment processing companies.
In the event of a chargeback by a credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider allowed by us) in connection with your purchase of any subscription plan(s), you agree that we may suspend access to any and all accounts you have with us.
Account’s reactivation is processed at our discretion and only after our receipt of the unpaid purchase(s).
Fees, incurred as the result of chargebacks or other payment disputes brought by you, your bank, or a Payment Provider, and disputes that require accounting or legal services shall be covered by you.
Our reinstatement fee currently set at $25 (US Dollars).
